Find attached to this broadcast a letter to BNSF Labor Relations notifying them that all SMART-TD and BLET General Chairpersons are canceling the ILT Agreement.
I continue to believe utilizing our members for this training is the right way to handle. Unfortunately, BNSF has repeatedly violated the ILT Agreement and left me no choice. I look forward to sitting down with BNSF and negotiating a new agreement when they decide to honor the commitment they make when signing an agreement.
